The positioning mechanism comprises a positioning plate, a suction cup, a negative pressure bag and a hinge plate. A first groove is formed in one side of the positioning plate; the suction cup is fixedly connected into the first groove; a second groove is formed in the side, away from the first groove, of the positioning plate; the second groove is designed in a T shape; a clamping plate is slidably connected into the second groove; the negative pressure bag is fixedly connected between one side of the clamping plate and the side wall of the second groove; the negative pressure bag communicates with the suction cup through a guiding pipe; and an opening of the second groove is rotationally connected with the hinge plate through a guide rod. According to the environment-friendly wall cloth, the positioning plate and the suction cup are arranged, the positioning plate is fixed to a wall through the adsorption effect between the suction cup and the wall, then the environment-friendly wall cloth parallel to the positioning plate is laid more conveniently, and the phenomenon that the wall cloth deviates and inclines in the laying process is avoided.
