The dimming opening and closing device comprises a bent rail mechanism, a plurality of dimming mechanisms and a flexible opening and closing mechanism, wherein the plurality of dimming mechanisms are movably connected to the bent rail mechanism, the plurality of dimming mechanisms are arranged in sequence, each dimming mechanism comprises a bearing assembly, a limiting transmission assembly, a curtain piece mounting assembly and a rotating wheel elastic assembly, the bearing assemblies are movably connected to the bent rail mechanism, the limiting transmission assemblies are rotationally connected to the bearing assemblies, the curtain sheet mounting assemblies are connected with the limiting transmission assemblies, the limiting transmission assemblies are sleeved with the rotating wheel elastic assemblies, the flexible opening and closing mechanism is arranged along a bending mechanism, the flexible opening and closing mechanism is connected with the multiple rotating wheel elastic assemblies. The invention further discloses the bendable vertical opening and closing curtain. According to the dimming opening and closing device, curtain pieces can be matched with an arc-shaped window to be opened and closed, and therefore curtain closing, curtain opening and dimming actions of the vertical opening and closing curtain on the arc-shaped window are achieved.
