The invention discloses a portable ladder for high-rise safe escape. The portable ladder comprises a ladder body, the ladder body is clamped to a window in one side of a high-rise building through a hook piece, a safety protection piece is arranged at the upper end of the ladder body, the ladder body comprises a ladder frame component and fixing bases arranged on the two sides of the ladder frame component and connected with the ladder frame component, and the hook piece is connected to the upper ends of the fixing bases; and the ladder frame component comprises a plurality of ladder frames which are movably connected with one another and connecting assemblies used for positioning the ladder frames. According to the portable ladder for the high-rise safe escape, the ladder body composed of the plurality of ladder frames is arranged, and thus the safe escape for the upper layer and the lower layer can be achieved in cooperation with the connecting assemblies; and meanwhile, a winding device is arranged, gear discs meshing with each other are driven through on and off of a motor, a winding roller is made to rotate, then a lifting long rope is adjusted to be wound or extend outwards to drive a first ladder frame to ascend and descend, the gravity loaded on the output end of the motor is counteracted in combination with a correspondingly arranged buffering locking component, and therefore falling escape of any floor is achieved.
