The invention discloses a road greening flower bed. The road greening flower bed comprises a body, a flower bed is fixedly connected with the left end of the body, an escapement mechanism is arranged in the left side in the body, the escapement mechanism comprises an escapement cavity formed in the left side of the body, a torsion spring shaft is rotatably connected with the rear wall of the escapement cavity, a torsion spring seat is fixedly connected to the excircle surface of the torsion spring shaft, a torsion spring is fixedly connected between the rear end face of the torsion spring seat and the rear wall of the escapement cavity, and torsion spring rods are fixedly connected to the outer circle face of the torsion spring seat in an annular array mode. Passing vehicles are triggered through pressure and automatically water flowers and plants in the flower bed; meanwhile, the device can control the water sprinkling period and quantity to prevent flowers and plants from death due to excessive watering caused by too many passing vehicles; and meanwhile, rainwater can further be collected in rainy days for watering the flowers and plants at ordinary times and prevent excessive accumulated water on the road surface from affecting running of the passing vehicles.
