The production process of the BM4 floor tile comprises the following steps of S1, preparing a film soluble plastic material, specifically, uniformly mixing polycarbonate, toner and diffusion powder to obtain a mixture; S2, heating treatment, specifically, firstly drying the mixture, and then heating the mixture at 275-300 DEG C until enabling the mixture to be in a sol state to obtain a material in a sol state; S3, pressurizing treatment, specifically, pressurizing the material in the sol state to obtain the pressed material in the sol state; S4, injection molding pretreatment, specifically, coating the surface of the PC film with hardening oil, obtaining a frosted film after drying, embedding a front mold into the frosted film, and embedding stainless steel plum blossom screws into a rear mold; S5, injection molding treatment, specifically, injecting the material in the sol state under pressure into the mold, and completing injection molding after fusion; and S6, cooling treatment. According to the BM4 floor tile and the production process thereof, the BM4 floor tile provided by the invention has the advantages of enhanced antiskid performance, enhanced wear resistance, enhanced strength, fire resistance and good light transmittance.
