The invention discloses a manufacturing method of self-compacting concrete with a high-dispersity water reducing agent. The self-compacting concrete is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by mass: 100-150 parts of cement, 50-70 parts of silica fume, 20-40 parts of coal gangue, 10-15 parts of zeolite powder, 400-450 parts of stone, 300-350 parts of sand, 3-8 parts of the high-dispersity water reducing agent, 2-10 parts of glass fiber and 40-50 parts of water. Sulfonic acid anion hydrophilic groups are introduced, negative charges can be carried under the influence of the hydrophilic groups formed around cement particles, the solubility of high-molecular polymers of the polycarboxylate superplasticizer is improved, hydrogen bonds can be easily formed with water molecules, and a hydrophilic three-dimensional hydration film with certain mechanical strength is formed; and the formation of the hydration film can destroy the flocculation structure of the cement particles and release the mixing water wrapped in the hydration film, so that the wettability of the surfaces of the cement particles is improved, and the cement particles are fully dispersed.
一种高分散性减水剂自密实混凝土的制造方法,所述自密实混凝土由以下质量份原料组成:水泥100‑150份,硅灰50‑70份,煤矸石20‑40份,沸石粉10‑15份,石子400‑450份,砂子300‑350份,高分散性减水剂3‑8份,玻璃纤维2‑10份,水40‑50份;本发明引入磺酸负离子亲水基团,在水泥颗粒四周形成的该亲基团的影响下会带上负电荷,不但增大了聚羧酸减水剂高分子聚合物的溶解性,而且还十分容易与水分子形成氢键,形成具有一定机械强度的亲水性立体水化膜,该水化膜的形成会破坏水泥颗粒的絮凝结构,并释放包裹在其中的拌合水,提高水泥颗粒表面的润湿性,充分分散水泥颗粒。
