The invention discloses a manufacturing method of high-strength mortar concrete. The high-strength mortar concrete is characterized by comprising the following raw materials in parts by mass: 350 to 400 parts of cement, 900 to 1100 parts of aggregate, 700 to 740 parts of fine aggregate, 170 to 230 parts of powder, 140 to 160 parts of water, 50 to 250 parts of chopped fibers and 8 to 12 parts of high-performance water reducing agent. The chopped fibers are added into the concrete raw materials, so that the strength of the concrete is improved, meanwhile, the steel fiber corrosion phenomenon after steel fibers are added is avoided, and the cost is reduced.
本发明公开了一种高强度砂浆混凝土的制造方法,其特征在于:高强度砂浆混凝土包括以下质量份数的原料:水泥350‑400份,骨料900‑1100份,细骨料700‑740份,粉料170‑230份、水140‑160份、短切纤维50‑250份和高性能减水剂8‑12份。本发明通过在混凝土原料中加入了短切纤维,提高了混凝土的强度,同时避免了加入钢纤维后发生的钢纤维腐蚀现象,降低了成本。
