PTCR thermal sensitive ceramic material and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses a PTCR thermal sensitive ceramic material and a preparation method thereof. The method comprises the following steps: a, adding z mol% of Ta2O5 into BaTiO3, PbTiO3 and MnO2 to obtain a powder, wherein the value range of z is more than 0 and less than or equal to 0.05; b, weighing ingredients according to a material formula, taking zirconium oxide balls and deionized water as media, ball-milling the powder and the ingredients for a preset time, and then performing drying to obtain a mixed powder; c, adding polyvinyl alcohol which is 3.0-12.0 wt% of the weight of the mixed powder and has a concentration of 10 wt% into the mixed powder for granulation, and performing pressing at a pressure of 10-15 MPa to obtain a biscuit; and d, placing the pressed biscuit in an air atmosphere at 1230-1300 DEG C, and fully sintering the biscuit to obtain ceramic. In the application, along with the addition of the Ta, the withstand voltage strength and room temperature resistance change rate of a PTCR ceramic wafer before and after reduction are continuously reduced, and the reduction resistance of the prepared heater is obviously improved.
本申请公开了一种PTCR热敏陶瓷材料及其制备方法,该方法包括如下步骤:a.往BaTiO3、PbTiO3、MnO2中添加z mol%的Ta2O5作为粉体,所述z的取值范围为0<z≤0.05;b.根据材料配方称料,以氧化锆球和去离子水作为介质,球磨所述粉体和配料预设时间后烘干,得到混合粉末;c.在所述混合粉末中加入所述混合粉末重量的3.0~12.0wt%、浓度为10wt%的聚乙烯醇进行造粒,再以10~15MPa的压力压制成素坯;d.将压制好的所述素坯置于1230~1300℃的空气气氛中,使其充分烧结为陶瓷。在本申请中,随着Ta的加入,该PTCR陶瓷片在还原前后的耐电压强度和室温电阻变化率持续减少,制成的加热器的耐还原性能得到明显改善。
