Densified silicon nitride ceramic material and preparation method thereof
The invention relates to the technical field of silicon nitride ceramic preparation, and particularly discloses a densified silicon nitride ceramic material and a preparation method thereof. The preparation method of the densified silicon nitride ceramic material comprises the following steps: 1, dispersing and mixing modified carbon nanotubes and modified Si3N4 in a solvent, carrying out a heating reflux reaction, and separating after the reaction is finished to obtain a composite material; 2, mixing a sintering aid with the composite material obtained in the step 1, and carrying out ball milling for 1-2 hours to obtain slurry; 3, placing the slurry obtained in the step 2 in a mold, and solidifying for 1-3 h to obtain a green body; and 4, sintering the green body obtained in the step 3 at high temperature and high pressure in a nitrogen atmosphere to obtain the densified silicon nitride ceramic, wherein the mass ratio of the modified Si3N4 to the modified carbon nanotubes is 1: (3-5). The densified silicon nitride ceramic material disclosed by the invention has the advantages that the mechanical strength of the material is improved while relatively high density is ensured.
