The tower-beam asynchronous construction method comprises the following steps of constructing a lower tower column, constructing a tower column of a tower beam consolidation section, and reserving a steel bar joint and a prestressing tendon interface, conducting tension grouting on tower column prestressing tendons of the tower beam consolidation section, enabling the hydraulic creeping formwork to climb, and constructing an upper tower column, erecting a tower beam consolidation section bracket, and constructing the rest part of the tower beam consolidation section. According to the cable-stayed bridge of the tower beam consolidation system, after construction of the lower tower column is completed, the tower column of the tower beam consolidation section is constructed, reinforcing steel bars and prestressing tendon connectors of the tower beam consolidation section (the remaining part) are reserved in the construction process, the hydraulic creeping formwork continues to climb to construct the upper tower column, the creeping formwork is prevented from being dismantled and installed again, and the construction safety risk is reduced.
