Method for reinforcing bridge through corrugated steel arch structure
The invention discloses a method for reinforcing a bridge through a corrugated steel arch structure. The method comprises the steps of using rubble concrete or sandbags for building a wall to form a cofferdam, (if cofferdam diversion is needed) conducting excavation of a foundation pit, performing construction treatment on an arch foot part, checking the flatness, levelness and elevation of the bottom of a corrugated steel plate arch, checking civil engineering benchmark, and determining the position, the central axis and the midpoint of the steel plate arch, sequentially splicing the corrugated steel plates from bottom to top, sealing and filling the lap joint of the outer ring of the corrugated steel plate arch with a special sealant or epoxy resin mortar, and pulling the assembled steel plate arch to the arch bottom in place through a winch or a chain block on the other side of a main arch ring. The gap on the arch is filled in a concrete pumping mode, the purpose of repairing the dangerous and old bridge is effectively achieved, the problems of insufficient space, difficult installation, difficult positioning and low construction efficiency in the construction process of repairing the arch bridge through the corrugated steel plate at present are solved, continuous traffic on site is achieved, rapid construction can be achieved, investment is reduced, construction cost is reduced, and the construction period is shortened. The normal operation of the road in the construction process is basically not influenced; the structure strength and the waterproof performance are good, and the occupied bridge arch clearance height is small.
一种波纹钢拱形结构加固桥梁的方法,包括:利用片石混凝土或者沙袋筑墙设置成围堰;(如有需要围堰导流)基坑开挖;拱脚部位施工处理;检查波纹钢板拱底部平整度、水平、标高;核对土建基准,确定钢板拱的位置、中心轴线、中点;由下向上顺次拼装波纹钢板;用专用密封胶或环氧树脂砂浆封填波纹钢板拱外圈搭接处;在主拱圈另一侧通过卷扬机或手拉葫芦对拼装完成的钢板拱往拱底拉拽就位;采用泵送混凝土形式对拱上空隙进行填充,有效实现了修复危旧桥梁的目的,解决了目前波纹钢板修复拱形桥梁施工过程中空间不足,难于安装、难于定位、施工效率低的问题,实现了现场不断交通,能快速施工,减少投入,降低造价,缩短工期,且可保障施工过程中道路的正常运营基本不受影响;具备良好的结构强度和防水性能且占用桥拱净空高度小。
