The invention provides a treatment method for a reservoir area wading oversize soil landslide. The treatment method comprises the following steps that S1, the stability of the wading oversize soil landslide is judged; S2, the surface of a flattening treatment area is cleaned; S3, a sand and cement mixture is sprayed; S4, geotextile and a slope protection net are laid; step S2, S3 and S4 are circularly constructed until the construction of the treatment area is completed; S5, blasting slope cutting and lower portion ballasting are carried out; and S6, phytoremediation is conducted. The treatment method for the reservoir area wading oversize soil landslide can effectively weaken the landslide body scouring effect of reservoir area water level, and the integrity and the strength of the lower portion of a landslide body are improved. The treatment method is simple, the on-site construction difficulty is reduced, the engineering amount of on-site construction is reduced, and the treatment cost and the treatment period for treating the wading oversize soil landslide are greatly reduced.
