The invention discloses a marine natural ecological pasture capable of recovering natural ecology. The marine natural ecological pasture consists of non-rigid connecting pieces, a modular floating mounting platform of a wind turbine generator and a wave generator set, the wind turbine generator, the wave generator set, a net, an ecological system environment built by a plurality of algae and fish reefs outside an annular ring and used for cultivating marine organisms, cables and caisson anchors; the wind turbine generator and the wave generator set are installed on the modular floating mounting platform to form wind wave combined power generation platform units, and the multiple wind wave combined power generation platform units are connected through a non-rigid flexible connection method to form a wind wave combined power generation ring floating on water; when the wind wave combined power generation ring is fixed on the sea, movable vertical columns on the wind wave combined power generation ring are directly pressed into a seabed to form a six-degree-of-freedom immovable deep-sea oversize wind wave combined power generation ring which can stand on the sea; and the net is arranged on the wind wave combined power generation ring so that an extra-large clean water annular lake fish culture marine ranch can be formed.
