Reinforcing and lifting method for karst foundation high-rise building
The invention discloses a reinforcing and lifting method for a karst foundation high-rise building, and relates to the technical field of building lifting. The reinforcing and lifting method comprises the following steps of shallow layer reinforcing and strengthening: firstly, performing reinforcing and strengthening treatment in rubble concrete under a building bottom plate to form a strengthening layer, and improving the compactness and rigidity of a foundation soil layer; deep-layer karst cave filling and reinforcing: after shallow-layer reinforcing and strengthening are completed, continuing downwards drilling to penetrate through a karst cave, filling and reinforcing the karst cave and a broken stone crushing zone, and forming an integral stone body; and middle-layer stable lifting: after reinforcement bodies of the upper layer and the lower layer are completed, performing pressure grouting in the stone body on the settlement side and a foundation layer between strengthening layers, continuously filling and compacting the foundation soil layer through grout, and forming lifting force on the foundation soil layer along with the increase of the pressure and the increase of the compactness, so that the building is lifted. According to the method, the building can be efficiently lifted, the process is controllable, secondary sedimentation can be effectively prevented, and the method is economical and convenient in construction.
