The invention discloses a single-end spiral conveying type water sump cleaning device which is suitable for removing coal slime in an underground coal mine water sump. The single-end spiral conveying type water sump cleaning device comprises a spiral propelling vehicle, a slurry pump, a first spiral suction device, a storage box, two second spiral suction devices and a recycling box. According to the single-end spiral conveying type water sump cleaning device, the spiral propelling vehicle is adopted as the bottom of the device and can drive the whole device to advance and stir the water sump; and the spiral suction devices are adopted to complete removal work of deposits such as the coal slime in the water sump, the second spiral suction devices can directly convey recycled materials such as the coal slime in the water sump to the recycling box, the first spiral suction device discharges the recycled materials in the recycling box to the storage box, and then the recycled materials are pumped into a rear mine receiving car through the slurry pump. The whole device is simple in structure, high in automation degree, coherent in working process, high in efficiency and capable of greatly reducing the labor intensity of workers and potential safety hazards.
本发明公开了一种单端螺旋运输式水仓清理装置，适用于清理煤矿井下水仓煤泥。包括螺旋推进车、泥浆泵、第一螺旋吸料装置、储存箱、两个第二螺旋吸料装置、回收箱。本发明采用螺旋推进车作为装置的底部，其既可以带动整个装置前进又可以对水仓进行搅拌处理；且采用螺旋吸料装置完成对水仓中煤泥等淤积物的清除工作，第二螺旋吸料装置能直接将水仓中的煤泥等回收物运至回收箱，第一螺旋吸料装置又接着将回收箱中的回收物排放到储存箱，再由泥浆泵将回收物抽取到后接矿车内。整个装置结构简单、自动化程度高，且工作过程连贯，效率高，能够大大降低工人的劳动强度和安全隐患。
