The invention relates to an integrated pump station, and particularly relates to an integrated pump station comprehensive control system. A front system and a rear system of the pump station are integrated to form a complete control system. The integrated pump station comprehensive control system comprises a pump station body, a water inlet tank, a first connecting pipe and a thick grating, wherein a water inlet pipe is arranged at one end of the pump station body, and a water outlet pipe is arranged at the other end of the pump station body; the water inlet tank communicates with the pump station body through the water inlet pipe; one end of the first connecting pipe communicates with the water inlet tank, and the other end of the first connecting pipe communicates with a water drawing end; the thick grating is fixed in the water inlet tank and used for separating the water inlet pipe from the first connecting pipe; and a flowmeter and a water outlet electric valve are arranged on the water outlet pipe, the water outlet pipe communicates with a discharge end, a basket grating is arranged at one end of the water inlet pipe, and a water inlet electric valve is arranged at the other end of the water inlet pipe.
