The integrated rotary self-cleaning gutter inlet comprises a rainwater cabin and a water volume control and regulation chamber communicated with the rainwater cabin, wherein an opening is formed in the top of the rainwater cabin, a plurality of scrapers are arranged on the side surface of the opening, a plurality of rotatable rainwater grates are arranged in the opening, and all the scrapers and all the rainwater grates are arranged in a crossed and overlapped manner; a first gutter inlet is formed in the top of the water volume control and regulation chamber, a water volume regulator and a driving mechanism are arranged in the water volume control and regulation chamber, and the driving mechanism is connected with all the rainwater grates; and when the water volume in the water volume control and regulation chamber is higher than or equal to a preset water volume, the water volume regulator drives the driving mechanism to operate so as to drive the rainwater grates to rotate. When the upper parts of the rainwater grates are blocked by sundries, the water volume in the water volume regulation chamber is increased, the water volume regulator is started to drive the driving mechanism to operate so as to drive the rainwater grates to rotate, and the scrapers scrape off the sundries on the rainwater grates, so that rainwater can enter the rainwater cabin through the opening and the rainwater grates, and the opening is prevented from being blocked.
