The invention discloses a prefabricated assembly type steel framework light plate. The light plate comprises a connecting steel plate frame; side extending plates extend inwards from the front sides and the rear sides of four side plates of the connecting steel plate frame; connecting holes are formed in the four side plates of the connecting steel plate frame; a front panel and a rear panel are arranged on the front side and the rear side of the connecting steel plate frame; a plurality of first casing pipes are symmetrically mounted on the rear side face of the front panel; one ends of connecting springs are sleeved with the first casing pipes; the other ends of the connecting springs are sleeved with second casing pipes; and the second casing pipes are mounted on the front side face of the rear panel. Compared with the prior art, the light plate has the beneficial effects that when two adjacent plate bodies are connected, fasteners penetrate through the connecting holes in two connecting steel plate frames and then the two adjacent plate bodies are rapidly connected; a double-layer plate body formed by the front panel and the rear panel can further improve the heat insulation property and the structural strength of the plate; and when the plate body is subjected to external force such as wind force, the multiple connecting springs can play a role in damping and buffering the external force, so that the plate body is fully protected.
