A mud scraping plate is arranged in the water storage chamber and connected with a threaded sleeve through a connecting rod, the threaded sleeve sleeves a lead screw in a threaded mode, the two ends of the lead screw are rotationally connected with the partition walls on the two sides respectively, one end of the lead screw is in transmission connection with a motor and is driven by the motor to rotate, a mud discharging pipe is further arranged at the bottom of the water storage chamber, and a sealing cover is arranged at the bottom of the mud discharging pipe.
