The invention discloses a manufacturing method of a non-planar disassembly-free heat preservation formwork. The manufacturing method comprises the following steps that S1, the flat-plate-shaped disassembly-free heat preservation formwork is machined and manufactured, wherein a bent groove is formed in the outer side face of the disassembly-free heat preservation formwork; S2, the disassembly-free heat preservation formwork is bent inwards; S3, a first reinforcing component is embedded into the bent groove; S4, the bent groove is filled with mortar; and S5, maintenance and shaping are conducted. Accordingly, the requirement of a designer for the special-shaped design of the outer vertical face of a building can be fully met, and meanwhile integrated construction of heat preservation and the structure is synchronously achieved through the technical thought of the disassembly-free heat preservation formwork; the economic efficiency is greatly superior to that of an existing cast-in-place process adopting a customized metal formwork, the flexibility is greatly superior to that of a building process adopting an assembly type prefabricated component, and the convenience of an existing cast-in-place disassembly-free heat preservation formwork construction technology is kept; and meanwhile, potential safety hazards possibly existing in heat preservation construction and the later period of a special-shaped part are fundamentally avoided.
本发明公开了一种非平面型免拆保温模板的制作方法,其包括如下步骤:S1,加工制作平板型的免拆保温模板,其中,所述免拆保温模板的外侧面具有弯折槽;S2,将所述免拆保温模板向内弯曲;S3,在所述弯折槽内嵌入第一加强部件;S4,在所述弯折槽内用砂浆填实;S5,养护、定型。从而可在充分满足设计师对建筑外立面异形设计的需要的同时,采用免拆保温模板的技术思路同步实现保温与结构的一体化施工;经济性上大大优于现有的采用定制金属模板的现浇工艺,灵活性上大大优于采用装配式预制构件的建造工艺,并且保持现有现浇免拆保温模板施工技术的便捷性。同时,从根本上解决了异形部分的保温施工与后期可能存在的安全隐患。
