The invention discloses a direct-current grounding electrode line tangent tower with a combined guide wire and a ground wire. The tower comprises a tower head and a tower body; the tangent tower is integrally of a T-shaped structure; the tower head is of a straight-line-shaped structure; a left-side conducting wire hanging point and a right-side conducting wire hanging point are arranged on the two sides of the tower head respectively; a left grounding electrode wire hanging point and a right grounding electrode wire hanging point are respectively connected with a grounding electrode wire through an anti-thunder insulator and an anti-icing flashover insulator; the grounding electrode wires are suspended on the left side and the right side of the tower head; and the grounding electrode wires are used as normal wires under normal conditions. The grounding electrode wires are used as the ground wires when the tangent tower is struck by lightning and discharges lightning. According to the direct-current grounding electrode line tangent tower with the combined guide wire and the ground wire, the guide wire and the ground wire of the grounding electrode line tangent tower can be combined, so that the height of the tower is reduced by 3 m or above, and grounding electrode line project investment is reduced.
