The invention discloses an ultraviolet fluorescent ink display touch panel and a fluorescent display door lock. The ultraviolet fluorescent ink display touch panel comprises a shell, a touch key panel, an ultraviolet LED lamp and fluorescent mixed ink layers. A plurality of key icons or keys are arranged on the touch key panel, and the fluorescent mixed ink layers cover the corresponding positions of the inner sides of the key icons. The fluorescent mixed ink layers comprise ultraviolet fluorescent powder, resin and ink and are prepared by uniformly mixing the above components. The ultraviolet LED lamp is arranged on the inner sides of the touch key panel and the fluorescent mixed ink layers. The touch key panel and the ultraviolet LED lamp are respectively and fixedly arranged on the shell. The ultraviolet fluorescent ink display touch panel also comprises a printed circuit board, and the ultraviolet LED lamp is electrically connected with the printed circuit board. The ultraviolet fluorescent ink display touch panel is simple and reasonable in structural design, uniform in light emission and attractive in visual sense; and energy conservation and environment friendliness are achieved, and the service life is long.
