The invention discloses a solid-based thermal activation building external envelope structure which comprises a wall base body, a heat collection and exchange system and a solid working medium conveying system. A heat exchange pipeline cavity is formed in the wall base body, and a conveying pipeline cavity is vertically formed in the side portion of the wall base body. The heat collection and exchange system comprises a heat collection pipeline, a heat exchange pipeline and a solid heat exchange working medium. The solid working medium conveying system comprises a motor, a spiral shaft, spiral blades, a feeding cavity, a feeding pipe, a discharging cavity and a discharging pipe. The spiral shaft is installed in a solid working medium conveying space formed by the conveying pipeline cavity, the feeding cavity and the discharging cavity, the spiral blades are arranged on the spiral shaft, and the upper end of the spiral shaft penetrates through the top of the discharging cavity to be connected with the motor. The feeding cavity is communicated with an outlet of the heat exchange pipeline through the feeding pipe, the discharging cavity is communicated with an inlet of the heat exchange pipeline through the heat collection pipeline, and the solid heat exchange working medium flows in the heat exchange pipeline through the solid working medium conveying system. The solid-based thermal activation building external envelope structure is simple and reliable in system and wide in application range.
