Continuous bottom mud pollutant stripping treatment method
The invention provides a continuous bottom mud pollutant stripping treatment method. The method comprises the following steps: (1) establishing an isolation area at a water body polluted part, and disturbing surface bottom mud in the isolation area to form suspended slurry; (2) guiding the suspended slurry into horizontal flow; (3) precipitating inorganic particles with higher precipitation speed in the bottom mud, and covering the precipitate in situ, wherein particles with lower precipitation speed are suspended in water and flow along the horizontal direction along with water flow; (4) separating medium sand and fine sand in the settled suspended slurry by utilizing enhanced stripping and separation effects; (5) storing the separated medium and fine sand, and uniformly discharging the medium and fine sand to the surface of the bottom mud for in-situ covering; and (6) carrying out mechanical concentration and dehydration treatment on the precipitated and desanded suspended slurry to form solid sludge, and transporting the solid sludge out. According to the method, in-situ treatment and ectopic treatment are combined to carry out continuous pollutant stripping treatment on the bottom mud, the treatment efficiency is high, the pollutant stripping effect is good, and manpower and material resources are saved.
本发明提供了一种连续式底泥污染物剥离处理方法,包括以下步骤:(1)在水体污染处设立隔离区域,扰动隔离区域的表层底泥,形成悬浮泥浆;(2)将悬浮泥浆导流为水平流;(3)底泥中沉淀速度较快的无机颗粒沉淀并原位覆盖,沉淀较慢的颗粒还悬浮在水中并随水流沿水平方向流动;(4)利用强化剥离和分离作用将沉淀后的悬浮泥浆中的中、细沙进行分离;(5)将分离后的中、细沙储存并均匀卸到底泥表面进行原位覆盖;(6)经沉淀和除沙后的悬浮泥浆再进行机械浓缩和脱水处理,形成固态污泥后外运。该方法采用原位处理和异位处理相结合对底泥进行连续的污染物剥离处理,处理效率高,污染物剥离效果好,节省人力物力。
