The invention discloses an active lime rotary kiln self-circulation system which works according to the following steps that the rotational flow air volume of a combustor is increased by 10-20% to make the flame shape slightly thick and short, and the temperature of a kiln head is controlled to be 850-950 DEG C so as to make up for the situation that the temperature of the kiln head is reduced due to the influence on flame combustion after the dust amount is increased; the rotating speed coefficient of the rotary kiln is controlled to be 1.25-1.45 r/min, so that sulfide generated by pulverized coal combustion can react with lime powder in a high-temperature state; and according to the actual yield of the rotary kiln, the amplitude of a discharging electric vibrator on the lower portion of a cooler is adjusted, continuous discharging at the material level of the cooler needs to be kept, the material level of the cooler needs to be kept stable, and lime dust carried by secondary cooling air penetrating through materials is evenly moved from the kiln head to the kiln tail under the entrainment of primary rotational flow air through negative pressure in the kiln. According to the method, desulfurization process equipment does not need to be added, ultralow emission of SO2 is realized by controlling the roasting environment, and meanwhile, stable quality and stable yield of metallurgical lime are met.
本发明公开了一种活性石灰回转窑自循环系统,包括以下步骤:提高燃烧器旋流风量10‑20%,使火焰形状略为粗短,窑头温度控制为850‑950℃,以弥补粉尘量增加后对火焰燃烧影响造成的窑头温度降低;回转窑的转速系数控制为1.25‑1.45r/min,有利于煤粉燃烧产生的硫化物在高温状态下与石灰粉反应;根据回转窑的实际产量,调整冷却器下部出料电振的振幅,既要保持冷却器料位连续出料,又要保持冷却器料位稳定,二次冷却风穿过物料带起的石灰粉尘在一次旋流风的卷吸下,均匀的被窑内负压从窑头向窑尾移动。本发明不需要增加脱硫工艺设备,通过控制焙烧环境就实现了SO2的超低排放,同时还满足冶金石灰的稳质稳产。
