The invention relates to the technical field of concrete, in particular to low-shrinkage low-viscosity ultrahigh-strength concrete which comprises Portland cement, fly ash microspheres, silica fume, a water reducing agent, modified saponification waste residues, sand, gravel and water. The low-shrinkage low-viscosity ultrahigh-strength concrete is prepared from the following components in mass by per cubic meter (kg/m<3>): 460 to 520kg/m<3> of Portland cement, 40 to 55 kg/m<3> of fly ash microbeads, 40 to 60 kg/m<3> of silica fume, 20 to 30 kg/m<3> of water reducing agent, 60 to 120 kg/m<3> of modified saponification waste residues, 300 to 400 kg/m<3> of sand, 720 to 880 kg/m<3> of gravel and 140 to 180 kg/m<3> of water. The provided low-shrinkage low-viscosity ultrahigh-strength concrete uses relatively low content of viscous component, and is low in shrinkage, high in strength and relatively low in viscosity. The concrete pumping construction efficiency is guaranteed, and pumping accidents are reduced.
