The invention relates to the technical field of building materials, in particular to glass fiber reinforced concrete and a preparation method thereof. The glass fiber reinforced concrete comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 40 to 70 parts of cement, 10 to 20 parts of alkali-resistant glass fiber chopped yarns, 10 to 25 parts of quartz sand, 5 to 15 parts of a silane-based water repellent, 3 to 8 parts of an allyl ether copolymer and 1 to 2 parts of a three-dimensional fabric. The three-dimensional fabric is added, so the reinforcing effect in the direction of thickness is increased, bending resistance can be exerted in all directions, cracks caused by stress concentration are avoided, and the mechanical property and durability of the concrete are further improved.
