The stone scattering mechanism comprises a first motor, an auger, a first feeding box and a second feeding box, the auger is arranged in the first feeding box, the first motor is arranged on one side of the exterior of the first feeding box, an output shaft of the first motor penetrates through the first feeding box and is in transmission connection with the auger, and the second feeding box is connected with the first feeding box; and a material limiting plate is hinged to the rear portion of a feeding opening of the second feeding box, a material scraping plate is hinged to the lower edge of the rear portion of the feeding opening of the second feeding box, a top plate matched with the material limiting plate is arranged at the upper end of the material scraping plate, the top plate is located between the material limiting plate and the second feeding box, and the top plate can rotate along with the material scraping plate to jack up the material limiting plate. The laying vehicle overcomes the defects in the prior art, solves the problem that the permeable macadam paved on the pavement is thin, is convenient to adapt to road shoulders with different widths, and has universality.
