Composite beam precast concrete bridge deck
The invention discloses a composite beam precast concrete bridge deck which is a full-width precast concrete bridge deck. A groove is formed in the position, connected with an upper flange of a steel beam, of the bottom of the bridge deck, the length direction of the groove is consistent with the axis direction of the steel beam, the depth of the groove is larger than the height of a connecting piece arranged on the upper surface of the upper flange, and the width of the groove is smaller than the width of the upper flange. A pouring opening and an exhaust hole which are through up and down are respectively formed in the top of the groove of the bridge deck; and transverse steel bars are embedded in the bridge deck. The composite beam precast concrete bridge deck is simple and reasonable in structure, convenient to construct, reliable in force transmission and good in mechanical property.
本发明公开了一种组合梁预制混凝土桥面板,其中,桥面板为全宽预制混凝土桥面板;桥面板的底部在与钢梁的上翼缘连接的部位处设有开槽,开槽的长度方向与钢梁的轴线方向一致,开槽的深度大于布置在上翼缘的上表面上的连接件的高度,开槽的宽度小于上翼缘的宽度;桥面板在开槽的顶部处分别设有上下贯通的浇筑口和排气孔;桥面板内埋设了横向钢筋。本发明组合梁预制混凝土桥面板结构简单合理,施工方便,传力可靠且力学性能好。
