Integrated pouring method for self-compacting rockfill concrete dam body
The invention discloses an integrated pouring method for a self-compacting rockfill concrete dam body. The concrete pouring method comprises the following steps of (1) cleaning a dam foundation; (2) pouring a dam foundation cushion layer: pouring normal concrete in a pit foundation to form the dam foundation cushion layer; (3) performing formwork erection: installing an upstream formwork on the outer edge line of the upstream side of a dam body, and installing a downstream formwork on the outer edge line of the downstream side of the dam body; (4) cleaning a base surface; (5) performing rockfill warehousing: piling up a rockfill layer in a space which is 1-1.2 m away from the upstream formwork and 0.5-0.6 m away from the downstream formwork; (6) pouring an upstream anti-seepage panel and a downstream anti-seepage panel; (7) pouring self-compacting concrete: pouring the self-compacting concrete into the rockfill layer; (8) performing maintenance; (9) processing a construction joint; and (10) performing layered pouring: repeating the steps (5)-(9) to pour the dam body to the designed elevation. The adopted implementation process is scientific and reasonable, the engineering quality is effectively guaranteed, the construction progress is accelerated, the construction cost is reduced, the construction efficiency is improved, and the anti-seepage capacity of the dam body is enhanced.
本发明公开了一种自密实堆石混凝土坝体的一体化浇筑方法,具体浇筑方法如下:①清理坝基;②浇筑坝基垫层:在坑基内浇筑常态混凝土形成坝基垫层;③立模:在坝体上游侧的外边线上安装上游模板,在坝体下游侧的外边线上安装下游模板;④基面清理;⑤堆石入仓:在距离上游模板1~1.2m、距离下游模板0.5~0.6m的空间内堆砌堆石层;⑥上游防渗面板和下游防渗面板的浇筑;⑦自密实混凝土的浇筑:将自密实混凝土浇筑到堆石层的内部;⑧养护;⑨施工缝的处理;⑩分层浇筑:重复步骤⑤~⑨将坝体浇筑至设计高程。本发明采用的实施工艺科学合理,不仅有效保证了工程质量、加快了施工进度,而且降低了施工成本,提高了施工的效率,增强了坝体的防渗能力。
