The invention discloses a collecting device for collecting water surface and water bottom dirt. The collecting device comprises a first collecting mechanism mounted at the inlet end of an angle-adjustable conveying and crushing mechanism, and the outlet end of the conveying and crushing mechanism is detachably connected with a separation and recovery mechanism for separating crushed materials and water; when the first collecting mechanism is located on the water surface, the first collecting mechanism collects sundries floating on the water surface, and when the first collecting mechanism is located at the water bottom, the first collecting mechanism collects sludge at the water bottom. According to the collecting device, the sundries on the water surface or the water bottom of small and medium-sized reservoirs and rivers are fully salvaged and cleared away, the collected sundries occupy less space, meanwhile, the labor intensity is reduced, and the sundries such as the water bottom sludge are effectively cleared away on the premise that the subsequent irrigation operation is not influenced and the stored water source does not need to be released.
