The invention relates to the technical field of pipe pile construction, and particularly relates to a pipe pile with a concrete formwork and a construction process thereof. The pipe pile comprises a pipe pile body, wherein a pile tip is arranged at the lower end of the pipe pile body. The pipe pile further comprises a steel barrel of a penetrating structure, and a welding position is arranged on the lower portion, located on the inner wall, of the steel barrel and is in welding fit with the outer wall of the upper end of the pipe pile. During pipe pile construction, the steel barrel with the length being 1m and the thickness being 10mm is welded to the pile top of the last section of additional pipe pile, and the inner diameter of the steel barrel is larger than the outer diameter of the pipe pile body; when the designed pile length is too large, pile cutting is not needed, and the steel barrel is directly dismounted; and when the designed pile length is too small, the steel barrel plays a role of the concrete formwork, concrete is poured into the steel barrel when the bottom of the pipe pile body is sealed, and the concrete can be maintained. In the abovementioned way, operation is easy, the pile cutting step is omitted, the steel barrel can be utilized for playing a role of the concrete formwork, and the construction efficiency is improved.
本发明涉及管桩施工技术领域,尤其是涉及一种带混凝土模板的管桩及其施工工艺,包括管桩主体,管桩主体的下端设置有桩尖,还包括钢桶,钢桶为贯穿结构,钢桶位于内壁的下部设置有焊接位,焊接位与管桩上端的外壁相互焊接配合;通过在管桩施工时最后一节附加管桩的桩顶焊接一个长1m,厚为10mm的钢桶,钢桶内径大于管桩主体外径,当设计桩长偏长时,不需要截桩,直接卸掉钢桶;当设计桩长偏短时,钢桶起到混凝土模板作用,管桩主体封底时往钢桶内浇筑混凝土,能够养护到混凝土,通过这种方式,操作简单,去除了截桩步骤,并且还能够利用钢桶起到混凝土模板的作用,提高施工效率。
