The container cofferdam structure comprises a substrate layer, a cofferdam wall body and a backfill layer, the cofferdam wall body is supported on the substrate layer and forms a backfill area with the substrate layer in a surrounding manner, a backfill area is filled with the backfill layer, the cofferdam wall body comprises containers, gabions and gabions which are sequentially arranged around the backfill area, the gabions are arranged on the outer sides of the containers, the gabions are arranged on the tops of the containers, the adjacent containers are fixedly connected through a connecting device, and the gabions are fixedly connected with the containers.
