Method for constructing large-diameter open caisson by using underground shaft robot
The invention discloses a method for constructing a large-diameter open caisson by using an underground shaft robot. The method comprises the following steps that a blade foot ring is hoisted into a foundation pit at the position of an open caisson to be constructed, and the blade foot ring is temporarily locked; a bottom ring piece is installed above the blade foot ring, an excavating robot is installed, and a plurality of horizontal supporting rods extending out of the excavating robot are connected with the bottom ring piece; a winch assembly is installed on the edge of the foundation pit, and a steel cable is connected to the horizontal supporting rods close to the outer wall of the blade foot ring; a soil body below the foundation pit is excavated, an upper ring piece is installed above the bottom ring piece every time excavation is conducted by a certain depth, and the operation is repeated till completion. The hoisting steel cable is installed on the horizontal supporting rods close to the outer wall of the blade foot ring, meanwhile, a steel strand is installed on the outer wall of the blade foot ring, the hoisting steel cable and the steel strand conduct double-clamping type positioning and fastening on the ring piece under the close-distance condition, and the problems that when the steel strand conducts positioning on the ring piece independently, the ring piece is prone to turning inwards and is not firm and stable are solved.
本发明公开了一种利用地下竖井机器人施作大直径沉井的方法,将刃脚圈吊入待施作沉井位置处的基坑内,对刃脚圈进行临时锁紧;在刃脚圈的上方安装底部环片,并安装挖掘机器人,挖掘机器人延伸出的若干水平支杆与底部环片连接;在基坑边缘安装卷扬机组件,并将钢缆连接在靠近刃脚圈外壁的水平支杆上;对基坑下方的土体进行开挖,每开挖掘进一段深度,在底部环片的上方安装上部环片,如此往复,直至完成;本发明通过在靠近刃脚圈外壁的水平支杆安装吊装钢缆,同时在刃脚圈外壁安装钢绞线,两者在近距离的条件下对环片进行双重夹紧式的定位紧固,避免钢绞线单独对环片进行定位时,容易向内发生侧翻、不牢固、不稳定的问题。
