The invention provides a rainwater overflow well. The well comprises a well body, a first-stage overflow channel, a second-stage overflow channel and a communication channel are formed in the well body, and the communication channel is used for communicating the first-stage overflow channel with the second-stage overflow channel. A municipal water outlet used for being communicated with a municipal pipeline is formed in the inner wall of the second-stage overflow channel, the first-stage overflow channel comprises a first-stage overflow opening formed in the top of the well body, the second-stage overflow channel comprises a second-stage overflow opening formed in the top of the well body, and the second-stage overflow opening is higher than the first-stage overflow opening. The rainwater overflow well can perform hierarchical control and multi-stage overflow regulation and storage according to different rainfall conditions.
