The road drainage and water collection structure comprises a roadway pavement, a roadway roadbed, a sidewalk and a longitudinal drainage pipeline, wherein the roadway roadbed is arranged below the roadway pavement, multiple stages of transverse drainage pipelines are arranged in the roadway roadbed, a water permeable brick surface layer, a fine sand layer, a coarse sand layer, a graded broken stone base layer and a water collecting tank are arranged on the sidewalk in sequence from top to bottom, the longitudinal drainage pipeline is arranged in the roadway roadbed, extends to the roadway pavement and communicates with the water collecting tank, and the longitudinal drainage pipeline communicates with the multiple stages of transverse drainage pipelines. Water on the roadway pavement can be quickly drained into the water collecting tank through the longitudinal drainage pipeline, water in the roadway roadbed can be guided into the longitudinal drainage pipeline through the transverse drainage pipelines by utilizing seepage water pressure, and the water is guided into the water collecting tank through the longitudinal drainage pipeline, so that the stability of the roadway roadbed is guaranteed, and the drainage structure of the sidewalk comprises four stratums with strong permeability, so that the functions of drainage, water filtration and bearing can be realized, and the drainage is timely and effective.
