Combined method for integration of waterproof layer and concrete roof structure and drainage of accumulated water
The invention relates to a combined method for integration of waterproof layer and concrete roof structure and drainage of accumulated water, in particular to a concrete roof waterproof combined construction method. Two problems to be solved includes that 1, a water outlet is lower than a structural plane, so that no water is accumulated on the structural plane; 2, a waterproof layer is integrated with the structure and cannot be separated. A outfall tray is made of stainless steel or other materials and is 20-30 mm lower than a concrete protection layer, and then the gradient of the surface of the structure is made to be 0.2%-2%. When a concrete structure layer is poured, a latex cover screen cloth is mixed into a surface layer, the structure with the waterproof layer is manufactured, then a non-cured rubber asphalt self-adhesion layer is manufactured, waterproof coiled materials are pasted, and different surface layers such as a heat preservation structure, a greening structure, a people-on structure, coiled material exposure and the like can be manufactured in a distinguished mode.
砼屋面结构防水合一与排出积水的组合方法,特别涉及砼屋面防水组合施工方法。要解决的就是两个问题:1、出水口要低于结构平面,使结构面无积水;2、防水层与结构合一,不能被分离。用不锈钢或其他材料做出落水口托盘,低于砼保护层的20~30mm,再将结构表面做出坡度0.2%~2%。浇砼结构层时在面层拌入乳胶盖网布,做出结构自带防水层,以后再做一道非固化橡胶沥青自粘层,再贴防水卷材,还可以区别做出保温构造,绿化构造、上人构造、卷材外露等不同面层的做法。
