The invention discloses a high-floor wall construction system and method. The method comprises the steps of binding a wall steel reinforcement framework of a construction floor, and pre-burying a connecting seat on the outer side of the wall steel reinforcement framework of the construction floor; binding a floor plate steel reinforcement framework of the construction floor, and pre-burying a mounting seat on a floor plate; hoisting an outer creeping formwork device to the outer side of the wall steel reinforcement framework of the construction floor, and connecting the outer creeping formwork device with the pre-buried connecting seat on the outer side of a wall of the construction floor; hoisting an inner creeping formwork device on the inner side of the wall steel bar framework of the construction floor in a manner of directly facing the outer creeping formwork device, and connecting the inner creeping formwork device with the mounting seat, wherein a pouring space is formed between the inner creeping formwork device and the outer creeping formwork device; and pouring concrete into the pouring space to form the wall of the construction floor. According to the invention, the safety of high-floor wall construction is improved.
