The invention discloses a monitoring type fence structure for building engineering construction, and relates to the technical field of building engineering. The monitoring type fence structure disclosed by the invention comprises a fence body, a lifting mechanism, a monitoring mechanism, a photovoltaic module and a protective wire mesh; a groove is formed in the middle of the side surface, close to a construction site, of the fence body; the lifting mechanism is fixed in the groove; a lifting frame is fixed to the lifting mechanism; a moving frame is arranged in the lifting frame; and the monitoring mechanism is arranged at the top of the moving frame. According to the monitoring type fence structure disclosed by the invention, through cooperation of an outer camera and an inner camera, the monitoring type fence can achieve all-directional monitoring without monitoring dead corners; furthermore, the environment quality around the construction site can be monitored through a sensor; solar energy is adopted for power supply; the energy-saving and environment-friendly performance of the fence is improved; due to arrangement of the lifting mechanism, the lifting frame and the moving frame, maintenance personnel can maintain the monitoring mechanism on the ground; and the problems that an existing monitoring type fence structure is difficult to achieve all-directional monitoring, and a monitoring device is inconvenient to install and maintain are solved.
