The invention relates to an automatic dyeing analysis system and method and a closestool. The system is characterized in that the system mainly comprises a track cavity channel and an image module; the track cavity channel is provided with an internal through first channel, the first channel is provided with one or more to-be-detected inlets and one or more to-be-detected outlets, there is vertical height potential difference between the to-be-detected inlets and the to-be-detected outlets, and the whole or partial area of the track cavity channel is transparent; and the image module is used for acquiring image information of the track cavity channel to obtain a first result. The system is simple in implementation mode, low in cost and stable in structure. The system can be used for automatically sampling substances, completing separation, dyeing and inspection of a plurality of substances at a time, carrying out dynamic dyeing and dynamic data acquisition and analysis on the substances, and carrying out dynamic analysis on the substances to obtain quantitative or qualitative results. The whole system is easy to clean without residues and can realize automatic cleaning.
