The invention discloses an anti-blocking system of a water conservancy embedded pipeline. The anti-blocking system comprises a water drainage pipe, a water inlet pipe is arranged on the left side of the upper end of the water drainage pipe, a filtering mechanism is arranged at a pipe opening of the water inlet pipe, a suction assembly is arranged on the inner side of the filtering mechanism, a flange plate is arranged on the outer side of the water inlet pipe, and a self-drainage mechanism is arranged at the joint of the water inlet pipe and the water drainage pipe. Water is fed through the water inlet pipe, a pipe box and the water drainage pipe. As a first filter screen is arranged at the pipe opening of the water inlet pipe, coarse impurities can be filtered. After filtering, the first filter screen can be conveniently detached and cleaned by rotating a locking sleeve and taking down a seam closing sleeve.
