The invention discloses a preparation method of MgAl-NO2 type LDHs capable of improving corrosion resistance of reinforced concrete. The method comprises the following steps: adding a NaNO2 solution into a high-pressure kettle, slowly adding a Mg (NO3) 2 solution and an Al (NO3) 3 solution, uniformly stirring, and adding a NaOH solution to form a reaction solution; carrying out hydrothermal reaction on the reaction solution in the high-pressure kettle under a stirring condition to obtain a mixed solution; and filtering, washing and drying the mixed solution to obtain the MgAl-NO2 type layered double hydroxide. NO2<-> in an interlayer structure of MgAl-NO2 type LDHs distributed in the concrete can be subjected to ion exchange with OH <-> in the environment, and nitrite has a good inhibition effect on rust and forms a stable passivation layer on the surface of a steel bar, so that the corrosion resistance of the concrete is improved.
本发明公开了一种提升钢筋混凝土防腐性能的MgAl‑NO2型LDHs的制备方法,包括步骤:将NaNO2溶液加入高压釜,并缓慢加入Mg(NO3)2溶液和Al(NO3)3溶液后搅拌均匀,再加入NaOH溶液形成反应溶液;高压釜中的反应溶液在搅拌条件下进行水热反应得到混合溶液;将混合溶液经过滤、洗涤、干燥得到MgAl‑NO2型层状双氢氧化物。分布在混凝土内部的MgAl‑NO2型LDHs的层间结构中的NO2‑可与环境中的OH‑发生离子交换,且亚硝酸盐对铁锈的产生具有良好的抑制作用,并在钢筋表面形成稳定的钝化层,从而达到提升混凝土的防腐蚀性能。
