Nano coating material composition and construction method thereof
The invention provides a nano coating material composition and a construction method thereof, and relates to the field of coating materials. The nano coating material composition comprises a main base material, a curing agent and a diluent, wherein the main base material comprises the following raw materials in percentage by mass: 55-63% of an acrylic resin, 15-25% of titanium dioxide, 8-12% of ethanol, 8-12% of ethyl acetate, 1-3% of an inert nano material and 1-2% of a surfactant. The construction method comprises the following steps: cleaning the surface of a base material; mixing, stirring and standing the main base material, the curing agent and the diluent, uniformly brushing the mixture on the base material, baking, and polishing; brushing finishing paint, and baking; and finally carrying out normal-temperature maintenance on the base material coated with the coating material and the finishing paint. According to the invention, the coating material has quick-drying property, the construction method adopts five times of painting, the thickness requirement of the coating material can be met, baking is performed after each time of painting, the drying speed of the coating material can be increased, and the adhesive force of the coating can be improved.
本发明提出了一种纳米涂料组合物及其施工方法,涉及涂料领域。一种纳米涂料组合物,其包括主基料、固化剂和稀释剂,所述主基料包括以下质量分数的原料:丙烯酸树脂55~63%、钛白粉15~25%、乙醇8~12%、乙酸乙酯8~12%、惰性纳米材料1~3%和表面活性剂1~2%,施工方法为将基材表面进行清洁;将主基料、固化剂和稀释剂进行混合、搅拌和静置,均匀涂刷在基材上,进行烘烤和打磨;再刷上面漆进行烘烤;最后对涂覆了涂料和面漆的基材进行常温养护。本发明的涂料具有快干性,施工方法采用5次涂刷,可以满足涂料的厚度要求,每次涂刷后均进行烘烤,能够加快涂料的干燥速度,并且提高涂层的附着力。
