The invention discloses a quick disassembly and construction method for the superstructure of an overpass bridge, which comprises the following steps: (1) erecting a protective shed for avoiding the influence of bridge disassembly and construction at the bottom of a bridge, (2) synchronously carrying out bridge disassembly preparation work and bridge construction preparation work, (3) connecting a lifting appliance of a lifting mechanism with a lifting point of a to-be-disassembled structure, and then starting the lifting mechanism, (4) pushing equipment is started, a guide beam and a newly-built main beam are pushed, the newly-built main beam is fixed to the existing bridge pier after being in place, then the guide beam is dismantled, (5) the structure to be dismantled is put down to the newly-built main beam, and then the structure to be dismantled is dismantled; and (6) a beam lifting portal, a beam splicing support and the pushing equipment are dismantled, and construction is completed. The construction method is simple in step, reasonable in design, convenient to construct, small in safety risk and good in social effect response, the quality is guaranteed, the construction period of overpass bridge dismantling and new construction is greatly shortened, and the influence on traffic, the environment and the like under the bridge is effectively avoided.
