The invention discloses a novel precast pile. The novel precast pile comprises a construction foundation, wherein a pile hole is machined in the construction foundation through a drilling machine, a pile body is inserted into the pile hole, a mounting cavity is formed in the pile body, an inserting column is fixedly installed at the center of the bottom of the pile body, an alignment disc is connected to the outside of the inserting column in a sleeving mode, and the top of the alignment disc is attached to the bottom of the pile body; and a plurality of vertical openings are formed in the lower portion of the pile body in the circumferential direction, and a mounting plate is fixedly installed in each vertical opening. According to the novel precast pile, a part of investment of reinforced concrete raw materials is saved, a part of pressure is shared through air pressure (or water pressure), specifically, after the pile hole is machined through the drilling machine, the pile body is inserted into the pile hole, the pile body is fixed after a certain elevation is reached, then air inflation (or water irrigation) is carried out on the top of the mounting cavity in the pile body, so that barbs arranged on the outer portion of the pile body in the circumferential direction can be expanded outwards for diameter expansion, and finally the effect that the pile body is stably installed in the pile hole is achieved.
