The invention relates to a high-pressure grouting device for cement mixing pile construction. The high-pressure grouting device comprises a material mixing part, a temporary storage pool, an air compressor and a grouting part, and the material mixing part, the temporary storage pool and the air compressor sequentially communicate with one another through a pipeline; and the grouting part comprises a grouting base, a support, a guide frame connecting guide plate, a power head, a booster pump, a steel rope, a driving motor, a grouting column high-pressure conveying pipe and a grouting head. Cement soil is mixed by the material mixing part, then input into the temporary storage pool, kept active and further mixed, then conveyed to the booster pump by the air compressor, injected into a grouting column after being pressurized, and finally injected by the grouting head. The grouting efficiency is high, the cement soil is subjected to jet grouting through the special grouting head, so that the cement soil cannot flow back into the grouting column to cause blockage, the grouting head is rotated during grouting, a pile foundation is uniformly poured, and the quality of the pile foundation is improved.
