The invention provides a rock-socketed cast-in-place pile steel casing not sinking along with punching. A lower supporting structure is arranged on an outer ring of the lower portion of any steel casing body, the bottom of the lower supporting structure is installed on the top of a bed rock layer, and vertical construction loads generated by a punching pile machine are transmitted to the steel casing bodies through a steel platform. The rock-socketed cast-in-place pile steel casing is reasonable in structure, the lower supporting structure is additionally welded to the outer side of the bottom of the steel casing body, the steel casing body sinks to the top face of bed rock through a vibration hammer, the lower supporting structure of the steel casing body stably stands on the top face of the bed rock layer, and the steel casing body does not sink along with punching work in the casing body under the working condition of bearing the vertical construction loads. According to a traditional method, the steel casing body only serves as a formwork of a rock-socketed cast-in-place pile, and other auxiliary piles are driven around the casing body to support the steel platform bearing the vertical construction loads without considering that the steel casing body bears the vertical construction loads. Compared with the traditional method, the construction cost is reduced, and the construction progress is accelerated.
本发明提供一种不会随冲孔下沉的嵌岩灌注桩钢护筒,任意一个所述的钢护筒下部外圈设置有下支撑结构,下支撑结构的底部安装在基岩层的顶部,冲孔桩机产生的竖向施工荷载通过钢平台传递钢护筒。本发明结构合理,通过钢护筒底部外侧加焊下支撑结构,通过振动锤使钢护筒下沉到基岩顶面,钢护筒的下支撑结构稳稳的站立在基岩层的顶面上,钢护筒在承受竖向施工荷载的工况下不会因为护筒内冲孔作业而跟随下沉;传统的做法是:钢护筒仅仅只是作为嵌岩灌注桩的模板,不考虑让钢护筒承受竖向施工荷载,而是在护筒周围打另外的辅助桩来支撑承受竖向施工荷载的钢平台;本发明相比传统做法,降低了施工成本,加快了施工进度。
