Composite pile shoe
The invention relates to a composite pile shoe, and belongs to the technical field of ship and ocean engineering. A pile leg is arranged below a working platform arranged on a self-elevating offshore mounting platform; a pile shoe is arranged on the pile leg, and comprises a mother pile shoe and a son pile shoe; and the pile leg penetrates through the mother pile shoe and the son pile shoe for connection. The composite pile shoe adopts a mother-son structure; in an operation state, the mother pile shoe provides support in the horizontal direction, and the son pile shoe provides support in the vertical direction; and compared with a conventional single pile shoe, the support on loads in the horizontal direction is higher. The horizontal displacement of one section of pile leg from the mother pile shoe to the son pile shoe is preferably limited, so that the transfer of environmental loads in the horizontal direction to the son pile shoe is prevented, and the problem of fixed failure caused by horizontal loads in the prior art is solved.
本发明涉及一种复合型桩靴,属于船舶与海洋工程技术领域。自升式海上安装平台设有的工作平台的下方设有桩腿,桩腿上设有桩靴;桩靴包括母桩靴和子桩靴;桩腿穿过母桩靴和子桩靴连接。本发明提供的复合型桩靴,采用子母型结构,在作业状态下,母桩靴提供水平方向的支撑,子桩靴提供垂向的支撑,与常规单体桩靴相比,对水平方向载荷的支撑更强。因此更好的限制了母桩靴到子桩靴一段桩腿的水平方向位移,从而避免了水平方向的环境载荷传递到子桩靴;解决了现有技术中由于水平载荷造成的固定失效问题。
