Negative flow external control electro-hydraulic system and method
The invention relates to a negative flow external control electro-hydraulic system and method. The system comprises a control handle, a PLC, a pilot pump, an electric proportional valve group, a main pump, a negative flow valve group, a rotary motor and an oil cylinder; the control handle is used for controlling each action of an excavator; the PLC is used for receiving a control signal of the control handle and performing switching value control, analog quantity control, motion control, data acquisition and signal monitoring according to the control signal; the pilot pump is connected with the electric proportional valve group and used for supplying oil to the electric proportional valve group; the main pump is connected with the negative flow valve group and is used for supplying oil to the negative flow valve group; the negative flow valve group is also connected with the electric proportional valve group; the rotary motor is connected with the negative flow valve group; and the oil cylinder is connected with the negative flow valve group. According to the method and the system, the excavator can be remotely controlled outside a cab.
