A plurality of through holes for allowing cross-shaped inserting pieces to penetrate through are formed in a positioning ring; an upper steel pipe module column and a lower steel pipe module column are arranged on the parts, located above and below the positioning ring, of the cross-shaped inserting pieces in a sleeving mode correspondingly; the lower end of the upper steel pipe module column and the upper end of the lower steel pipe module column are sealed with the positioning ring; a sealing bottom plate is arranged at the position, below the cross-shaped inserting pieces, in the lower steel pipe module column; the lower steel pipe module column and the upper steel pipe module column are filled with grouting materials; a grouting hole is formed in the lower steel pipe module column; the grouting hole is formed above the sealing bottom plate; a slurry outlet hole is formed in the upper steel pipe module column; the slurry outlet hole is located above the upper ends of the cross-shaped inserting pieces; and the lower steel pipe module column and the upper steel pipe module column are connected with H-shaped steel module beams.
